• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Manage employee data related to payroll (hires, terminations, changes).
• Calculate deductions, garnishments, and benefits contributions.
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit payroll tax filings.
• Administer time-tracking systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Respond to payroll inquiries from employees.
• Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure smooth payroll operations.
