Job summary

Autoliv in Mexico is seeking an AMG Supervisor to manage resources at the Autonomous Manufacturing Center, guiding teams to hit safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets while driving continuous improvement. You will lead start-up and ongoing improvements, coaching teams to enhance technical capabilities and collaboration.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 4+ years in quality/production, and strong knowledge of IATF 16949, Six Sigma, JIT, and TPM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 4 years in Quality and/or Production in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, TPM, APS, Six Sigma, JIT.
• Proven leadership, communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve targets.
• Lead manufacturing teams with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Implement, maintain, and monitor standards to ensure compliance.
• Coach and support team members to reach goals and strengthen teamwork.
• Lead improvement initiatives and new product launches with successful start-up.
