Autoliv Mexico is seeking a manufacturing leader to drive daily production execution, improve SQDCM results, and lead structured problem solving. You will coach Shift Leaders, build a strong frontline talent pipeline, and champion safety, quality, and compliance in a high-performing plant.

The role requires 4–6+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience, plus Lean/CIP expertise and English proficiency. Autoliv offers a competitive package and growth opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.

What you’ll do:

• Drive operational performance and SQDCM results by ensuring daily production execution, adherence to schedules and takt time, and resolution of performance gaps through structured problem-solving
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by deploying Lean methodologies (Kaizen, TPM, 5S), conducting Gemba walks, and driving root cause analysis with sustainable corrective actions
• Develop and lead high-performing teams by coaching Shift Leaders, fostering accountability and engagement, and building a strong frontline talent pipeline
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance excellence while delivering consistent SQDCM targets, zero safety incidents, reduced defects and scrap, and a stable, high-performing production environment

What is required:

• Experience & Education: 4–6+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience; Automotive Tier 1 and exposure to safety-critical environments preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement, production KPIs (OEE, scrap, FPY), quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO), and core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans), with familiarity in shop‑floor systems and data analysis
• Additional Requirements: Proactive, curious, and improvement-oriented mindset, with English proficiency (written and verbal)
