Autoliv is seeking a senior manufacturing professional in Aguascalientes to lead daily production, improve SQDCM outcomes, and develop frontline leaders. The role emphasizes Lean, TPM, and 5S practices, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and cost control.

Formación

• 4–6+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and production KPIs.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO standards, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plans.
• Proactive, curious, improvement-minded, with English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Drive daily production execution and schedule adherence to meet takt time and SQDCM targets.
• Lead continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and structured root-cause analysis.
• Develop and coach Shift Leaders and frontline teams to strengthen accountability and engagement.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance while reducing defects and scrap.

What You'll Do

• Drive operational performance and SQDCM results by ensuring daily production execution, adherence to schedules and takt time, and resolution of performance gaps through structured problem-solving
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by deploying Lean methodologies (Kaizen, TPM, 5S), conducting Gemba walks, and driving root cause analysis with sustainable corrective actions
• Develop and lead high-performing teams by coaching Shift Leaders, fostering accountability and engagement, and building a strong frontline talent pipeline
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance excellence while delivering consistent SQDCM targets, zero safety incidents, reduced defects and scrap, and a stable, high-performing production environment

What Is Required

• Experience & Education: 4-6+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience; Automotive Tier 1 and exposure to safety-critical environments preferred; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement, production KPIs (OEE, scrap, FPY), quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO), and core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans), with familiarity in shop-floor systems and data analysis
• Additional Requirements: Proactive, curious, and improvement-oriented mindset, with English proficiency (written and verbal)
