Autoliv Mexico is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead and coordinate quality assurance across production. You will ensure compliance with company and customer standards and drive corrective actions to achieve zero-defect goals.

The role requires an engineering degree, advanced English, and strong knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA). A hybrid work arrangement and a competitive package are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Strong knowledge and application of Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA).
• Experience leading and participating in 8D problem-solving and corrective action processes.
• Knowledge of customer-specific requirements and quality standards within the automotive industry.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards.
• Support production teams by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating product and process quality risks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects, scrap, and process variation.
• Supervise and guide Quality, MI, and Scrap Auditors to ensure effective implementation of quality tools and methodologies.
• Monitor quality performance metrics, investigate root causes of nonconformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions to achieve zero-defect objectives.

In this role you will beresponsible for leading and coordinating quality assurance activities across production operations, ensuring compliance with company quality standards and policies.

• Lead and coordinate quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards.
