Autoliv Mexico in Matamoros is seeking an APS Supervisor to lead end-to-end Lean Manufacturing deployment (APS) across shop floor and support functions, integrating continuous improvement and digital tools to boost productivity and reduce costs.

The role centers on KPI/OPI management, policy deployment, maturity assessments, and developing talent through coaching and cross-functional collaboration, while advancing digital transformation with data analytics and AI-driven solutions.

Formación

• Strong experience in Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement projects.
• Proven track record deploying or sustaining Production Systems (APS, TPS, or similar)
• Advanced English with strong analytical skills (Excel, Power BI or similar tools)

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end deployment of Lean Manufacturing (APS) across shop floor and support functions, integrating continuous improvement methodologies and digital tools to drive productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization
• Drive performance and business impact by managing KPIs/OPIs, leading Policy Deployment, conducting APS maturity assessments, and embedding financial discipline to improve operational margins and ensure sustainable results
• Champion transformation and capability building by leading strategic initiatives (VSM, line balancing, layout optimization, JIT, continuous flow) while developing talent through coaching, training programs, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring standardization and replication of best practices (yokoten)
• Act as transformation leader and change agent, coaching and mentoring APS teams, driving problem-solving culture, ensuring compliance with standards, challenging the status quo, and accelerating digital transformation through the adoption of software, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions
