Aptiv is seeking an Americas Talent Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage, and attract top talent across the region. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, and branding teams to build talent pipelines and deliver high-quality candidate slates.

You will lead market research, develop sourcing strategies, and implement innovative tools while promoting DEIA principles to create inclusive talent attractors across the Americas.

Formación

• Experience in strategic sourcing, preferably in technical or specialized talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of direct sourcing, talent mapping, market research and recruitment marketing.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, sourcing databases and other recruitment technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, source and engage top talent across the Americas region.
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to inform sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to deliver strong candidate pipelines.
• Advise on talent market trends and best practices in sourcing across the Americas.
• Evaluate and implement innovative sourcing tools and methodologies to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Track and report sourcing metrics to support data-driven decisions.
• Incorporate DEIA principles into sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
