Aptiv in Monterrey leads global talent sourcing and acquisition across Americas. The TA Partner will manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong relationships with hiring managers, source top candidates, and drive a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in recruitment, bilingual English/Spanish, and familiarity with ATS. Experience recruiting in the USA is a plus, with strong sourcing and interview skills and a focus on

• 4+ years in recruitment, preferably in technical roles.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Experience recruiting in USA is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing and interview assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Familiar with ATS and recruitment metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from posting to onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networks and direct outreach.
• Screen and assess candidates to fit qualifications and culture.
• Conduct interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely feedback.
• Track recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends to improve hiring processes.
