Nuvei is a global fintech building the payments infrastructure that enables businesses to accept next-gen payments and offer payout options. The Revenue Operations Manager – Americas will drive regional revenue growth, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance, and lead strategic initiatives across Mexico and Brazil.

Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations for the Americas, you will develop insights from revenue data, design strategic plans, and monitor performance via

• 5+ years in revenue strategy, pricing, or related Fintech/payments roles.
• Strong analytical skills with financial modeling, data analysis, and market research.
• Excellent communication, able to translate complex information for diverse audiences.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive business results.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strict timelines.
• Experience in global or multi-regional environments preferred.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze revenue, customer, and sales performance to uncover trends and insights.
• Identify and operationalize high-impact growth initiatives to accelerate revenue.
• Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
• Develop dashboards to monitor progress of initiatives and drive optimization.
• Monitor market and competitor pricing, trends, and payment method costs.
