Cummins Inc. seeks an Americas Payroll Director to lead payroll operations across North and Latin America from San Luis Potosí, Mexico. You will manage onsite and remote teams, ensure timely payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and alignment with corporate policies.

You will drive payroll transformations, collaborate with HR and finance, and uphold data integrity and service excellence for a multi-country payroll function.

Formación

• Deep Americas payroll and payroll tax expertise.
• Strong knowledge of multiple country regulatory requirements.
• Proven SOX/compliance documentation experience.
• Experience with payroll system implementations and upgrades.
• Bilingual English and Spanish; Portuguese preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee payroll operations across North America, Hispanic America, and Brazil with onsite and virtual teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, payments, reporting, taxes, and benefits across countries.
• Align payroll policies with regulations, business priorities, and internal controls.
• Maintain payroll process documentation and respond to audits.
• Manage vendor relationships and drive service excellence and improvements.
• Collaborate with global payroll colleagues on transformation and standardization.
• Lead payroll system changes, upgrades, and government-mandated updates.
• Partner with HR, accounting, and operations to meet objectives.
• Provide SME input in cross-functional policy and process changes.
• Utilize case-management tools (ServiceNow) to deliver employee service.
