Job summary

Indie Campers is seeking a General Manager to oversee all North American revenue operations from our regional office in Mexico City. You will drive performance in gross margin, nights traveled, and COS as a share of revenue, while leading a regional team and aligning with HQ.

Reporting to the COO, you will develop regional strategies, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure profitability and outstanding customer experience across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a general management role, preferably in the travel, hospitality, retail or automotive industry.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional strategies to drive performance in gross margin and revenue.
• Lead regional teams to ensure high performance and execution of strategies.
• Oversee regional operations for efficiency, quality and compliance with standards.
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to regional performance.
• Collaborate with HQ to ensure alignment of regional plans.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience across the region.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
• Manage regional budgets and financial performance to meet targets.
