Qualifications

• Significant employee relations, labor relations, employment law, or related HR partnering experience within multi-country Americas region.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations principles, performance management, workplace conduct, conflict resolution, and HR policies.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies with local legal requirements and cultural nuances.
• Experience managing complex workplace complaints and providing policy-based recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify themes and preventive actions.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and coach others on influencing skills.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management track record.
• High integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English and local language required.
• Additional languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Advise on and resolve complex employee relations matters, including complaints, grievances, and disputes.
• Collaborate with People & Labor Relations, including escalations.
• Provide guidance to employees and leaders on employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies through effective communication and policy knowledge.
• Maintain accurate, confidential case documentation and records.
• Support consistent application of global and local policies and employment practices.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and psychologically safe work environment.
• Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders.
