Based in Mexico City (MEX - Santa Fe), you will partner with HR colleagues, manage complex complaints, ensure labor law compliance, maintain confidential case records, and foster a respectful, inclusive

Qualifications

• Significant experience in employee relations across multi-country regions.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations principles, performance management, and HR policies.
• Ability to interpret policies with local legal requirements and cultural nuances.
• Proven ability to manage complex workplace complaints with factual reasoning.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex employee relations matters, including complaints, grievances, and disputes.
• Collaborate with People & Labor Relations on escalations.
• Provide guidance to employees and leaders on ER matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain confidential case documentation and records.
• Support consistent application of policies across country requirements.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive, psychologically safe environment.
• Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders.
