Amentum, a global leader in engineering and technology solutions, seeks an Air Transportation Supervisor to support a US Navy program on Diego Garcia. You will oversee fleet service operations, ensuring aircraft are cleaned, serviced, and prepared for departures in compliance with AFI 24-605 and all regulations.

The role requires 3–5 years in fleet service or air transportation, supervisory experience, and international travel capabilities.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in fleet service or air transportation with supervisory responsibility.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics preferred.
• Certification or training in air transportation or logistics management.
• Knowledge of air transportation regulations including AFI 24-605.
• Experience with aircraft servicing (galley/lavatory) and interior sanitation.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to supervise teams effectively.
• Proficiency with computer systems for managing schedules, tasks, and maintenance logs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication with team, passengers, and stakeholders.
• Must be able to travel internationally with a valid passport.
• Passport valid for at least one year at hire.
• Ability to obtain country-specific visas per DoS guidance.
• Ability to pass contract medical requirements for deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise fleet service operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and per standards.
• Assign and supervise Air Transportation personnel for equipment handling and servicing.
• Oversee galley/lavatory servicing, portable lavatories, and interior sanitation.
• Coordinate schedules and deadlines for departures and arrivals.
• Ensure equipment usage and maintenance records meet safety standards.
• Liaise with cargo handlers and ground crews for safe operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety protocols during servicing.
• Prepare reports and maintain records of fleet service activities.
• Train and evaluate team members for performance and standards.
• Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain schedule integrity.
