Amentum is seeking an Air Terminal Manager to oversee all port services for the site air terminal operations on Diego Garcia. The role ensures compliance with the PWS and the Amentum QMS, and requires readiness to interact with Government personnel and Program leadership around the clock.

The ATM will manage cargo and passenger processing, hazardous materials handling, and the execution of safety, quality, environment, and training programs while supervising personnel and coordinating with HR

Formación

• Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities.
• Experience with terminal operations and associated systems.
• Familiarity with DoD/FAA/NATOPS/UFC regulations is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain aircraft flight schedules and determine cargo capabilities.
• Process/manifest passengers for air transportation, handle baggage, load/offload aircraft.
• Ensure hazardous materials are inspected, documented and certified.
• Prepare and handle cargo in accordance with regulations and procedures.
• Implement, document and control quality, training, environment and safety programs.
• Maintain publications, forms and files for personnel and freight.
• Compile data and submit reports; utilize Air Terminal computer applications.
• Oversee scheduling of personnel and work supervision; assist with recruiting and HR support.
• Monitor cost control, budgeting and overall operating costs to increase efficiencies.
