Amentum is seeking a Housing Supervisor to support a US Navy program on Diego Garcia. You will lead daily housing operations, manage occupancy, and ensure safety and compliance with contract requirements and DoS policies.

• Three years of leadership experience in housing, lodging, or property management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Overseas housing or property management experience preferred.
• Passport and the ability to travel internationally required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and oversight of housing operations in accordance with contract requirements.
• Interact with Contract Manager, customers, tenants, and support personnel to address housing needs.
• Ensure smooth tenant check-in/check-out and superior customer service.
• Communicate housing policies, procedures, and requirements to customers and tenants.
• Maintain occupancy records and assist with furniture, linen, and equipment movements.
• Ensure safety, environmental health & safety compliance, and quality standards.
