Buckland Customs Brokers Ltd. in Mexico is seeking a Mexican Customer Service Representative (Import Air Operations) to handle documentation preparation, monitor customs releases, and coordinate import/export shipments in line with Mexican regulations.

You will liaise with clients, vendors, and Buckland MX brokers, manage daily tasks, prepare reports, and ensure timely clearance of air shipments while upholding compliance and accuracy.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in customs brokerage or logistics experience.
• Intermediate MS Office knowledge.
• Mexican Legislation in Foreign Trade Business knowledge.
• Must be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide the highest level of customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers in acquiring import/export documentation.
• Facilitate setup of Mexican IOR file with Buckland MX broker Portfolio Partnership.
• Coordinate all shipments for customs clearance for Air shipments.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports based on shipment status for Air shipments.
• Coordinate daily tasks efficiently and prioritize activities for warehouse and office improvement.
