PALO IT is seeking a Solution Architect to guide clients through system integration and workflow automation, with hands-on work in n8n, Retool, Python or Java. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams during discovery, design scalable solutions, optimize performance and security, and mentor junior engineers in the art of automation.

This role requires a strong communicator who thrives in agile environments and delivers value-driven results for enterprise initiatives.

Formación

• 5+ years of software development experience with n8n and Retool.
• Experience in workflow automation and integration using Python or Java.
• Understanding of data handling, APIs, and backend processes.
• Experience with agent-based systems and RAG methodologies.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong collaborative, agile teamwork.

Your Role

As a Solution Architect, you will be instrumental in guiding our clients through the complexities of system integration and workflow automation, specifically within challenging projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with teams to design and implement efficient workflows using tools such as n8n or Retool, ensuring a seamless integration of digital solutions.

• Conduct technical assessments to determine if a solution involves data processing needs, establishing workflows or developing agents based on specific requirements.

• Utilize and understand RAGs (Red, Amber, Green frameworks) and agent-based systems to enhance project solutions, ensuring clarity in communication and execution.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams during discovery phases, utilizing your expertise in automating business processes and creating value-driven solutions.

• Provide hands-on guidance in Python or Java, fostering a spirit of collaboration and shared knowledge across technical teams.

• Optimize application performance, ensure security measures, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with industry best practices.

• Lead the technical documentation efforts and facilitate training sessions for junior team members on workflow automation technologies and methodologies.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in software development with significant knowledge in tools like n8n and Retool.

• Strong background in workflow automation and integration using modern programming languages (Python or Java).

• Understanding of data handling techniques, APIs, and backend processes.

• Proven experience with creating and managing agent-based systems, coupled with knowledge of RAG methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment.
