Newell Brands seeks an experienced Lead for AI Business Enablement in the LATAM eCommerce region. You will guide AI capability development, turning experimentation into scalable commercial results with Amazon, Mercado Libre and other digital customers.
You'll prototype, pilot and scale AI solutions while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to drive faster, better decisions and measurable revenue gains across markets.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; MBA/MS a plus.
- 7+ years in eCommerce, analytics or AI solutions with hands-on AI deployment.
- Strong SQL, Python and data storytelling skills.
- Experience with enterprise automation and Power BI adoption.
Responsabilidades
- Shape the LATAM eCommerce AI enablement roadmap and prioritize projects.
- Identify AI use cases, prototype solutions and scale successful pilots.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to drive decisions.
- Deliver data-driven insights and measurable revenue/margin impact.
- Lead cross-functional improvements and create repeatable playbooks.
- Mentor analysts and foster AI fluency across markets.
