WITHIN, based in Mexico City, is hiring a Creative Account Manager to run day-to-day client relationships for a book of consumer brand accounts. You’ll oversee end-to-end creative rounds across static, video, and UGC, manage scope and pricing, and work with the media team to drive performance and next tests.

You’ll also look for growth opportunities within accounts and use AI daily for briefs and research. The role requires 3–5 years in account management with creative teams, México City

• 3 to 5 years of account management working with creative teams
• Consumer brand experience (DTC, retail, ecommerce)
• Shipped paid social and digital creative for Meta/TikTok/YouTube
• Managed client relationships directly
• Uses AI in daily work
• Stable job history
• Based in Mexico City

Responsabilités

• Day-to-day client communication and relationships for each account
• End-to-end creative rounds: briefs, feedback, revisions, delivery across static/video/UGC
• Define scope, turnaround, and overage terms; flag creep and price extra work
• Analyze creative performance with media team and propose next tests
• Identify growth within existing accounts and present cases to Account Director
• Leverage AI for briefs, feedback rollups, recaps, and research
• Manage projects in Asana with owners and due dates
