Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Backend & Cloud: Python with AWS/Azure/GCP experience.
• RESTful APIs, distributed systems and microservices.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong debugging skills and production-ready mindset.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and ship features.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI Agentic features end to end from requirements to production.
• Design and build backend services using Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL.
• Productionize AI capabilities via LLM providers with robust orchestration.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation for cloud-native work.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Labs in agile ceremonies.
• Diagnose issues, perform root cause analysis and fix production behavior.
• Contribute to automated testing strategies and release pipelines.
