Clara is the fastest-growing company in Latin America and a leading B2B fintech for spend management. You will work on real features with real customers, own modules end to end, and ship production code in your first weeks.

Expect to collaborate with product, design, and senior engineers in a fast-paced, AI‑driven environment. We’re looking for engineers starting their software careers, with a solid CS/SE/Math background or demonstrable coding ability, English as corporate language, and a bias

Formación

• Beginner engineers with no prior full-time software experience.
• CS, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent ability.
• You’ve built something and can defend it.
• English proficiency in corporate settings.

Responsabilidades

• Ship production code in early weeks for real features and customers.
• Own features end-to-end: design, build, test, deploy, monitor metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and senior engineers; ask questions early.
• Learn the Clara domain—LatAm fintech with multiple countries and regulators.
• Contribute to AI-driven workflows and tooling in daily coding tasks.
