EPAM Systems is seeking an AI Solution Architect to boost Front-End and Back-End developer productivity. You will assess workflows and embed AI across tools, processes, and pipelines, experimenting with generative AI and code assistants to speed delivery.

The role requires 7+ years in full-stack/DevEx, strong React/TypeScript with APIs and microservices, and English at B2 level or higher. The position offers a global, inclusive environment and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• 7+ years as Full-Stack/Tech Lead/DevEx with focus on productivity.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js with APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on with VS Code, JetBrains, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills to coach engineering teams.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Research, assess, and roll out AI-assisted tools for frontend and backend developers.
• Design and automate software lifecycle workflows with AI in CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with DevOps to embed AI-driven analysis and automated bug detection.
• Run workshops and publish prompt engineering guidelines for engineers.
• Track developer velocity and communicate efficiency gains from AI initiatives.
• Drive engineering culture change by adopting disruptive AI technologies.
