Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize employee-facing HR knowledge content with governance standards, taxonomy, metadata and guidelines.
• Audit content quality, relevance, accuracy and completeness regularly.
• Support content lifecycle activities: creation, review, publishing, updates and retirement.
• Coordinate content reviews with HR Content Owners and establish a single source of truth for HR information.
• Tag content to support AI-assisted retrieval and ensure metadata readiness for digital tools.
