Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents in daily workflow.
• Experience with spec-driven development guiding AI implementations.
• Strong command of at least one backend language and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into precise specs and technical plans.
• Use AI coding agents to implement and refine features.
• Own features end to end across backend and APIs, from spec to production.
• Define acceptance criteria and automated tests up front.
• Maintain project context files, coding standards, and templates.
• Review code for correctness, security, and performance.
• Improve spec-driven workflow and CI/CD practices.
• Participate in daily standups with the US-based client team.
