Salesforce in Mexico City is seeking a Specialist Solution Engineer to champion Agentforce IT Service. You will demonstrate how AI-powered ITSM, CMDB insights, and conversational workflows help employees resolve issues faster within Salesforce’s ecosystem.

This role sits in the Emerging Business Unit and requires a proactive, startup mindset, strong storytelling, and the ability to translate complex technology into clear business value for customers across multiple industries.

Formación

• Multilingual communication in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
• Experience articulating value of ITSM solutions.
• Ability to evangelize products and drive sales in a tech environment.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate and evangelize Agentforce IT Service features.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered ITSM workflows.
• Partner with sales to qualify opportunities and articulate value.
• Collaborate with IT, HR and facilities within Salesforce.
• Showcase CMDB visualization and incident management capabilities.
