The role focuses on transforming manual processes through AI-enabled workflows and data-driven approaches, while coordinating unionized employee initiatives for timely, effective implementation. The ideal student is pursuing a degree in IT, business, HR, industrial engineering, or information systems, with a strong interest in AI, process automation, and continuous improvement.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
