Fulcrum Digital is seeking a hands-on Agile Delivery Manager in Mexico City to lead end-to-end delivery for a Digital App initiative, aligning Product, Engineering, Experience Design, Quality, Analytics, Architecture, Security, and partner teams around clear outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

The role focuses on lean governance, managing dependencies and risks, and improving backlog quality, reporting, and release readiness while employing AI tools to enhance planning and delivery

Formación

• 8+ years in software product delivery or program management.
• Experience delivering consumer-facing mobile apps.
• Hands-on coordination of multiple Agile teams in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence dashboards and reporting.
• Experience using AI assistants or AI-enabled delivery tools.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery planning and execution for Digital App initiatives across discovery, design, build, test, release, and post-launch stabilization.
• Translate roadmap priorities into executable plans and healthy backlogs with milestones and release commitments.
• Coordinate execution across pods and external teams, actively managing cross-team dependencies, blockers, risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions.
• Drive release readiness by aligning scope, environments, quality signals, security requirements, operational readiness, communications, and decision follow-through.
• Facilitate value-stream planning, delivery reviews, dependency and risk discussions, retrospectives, and other working sessions that improve alignment and outcomes.
• Create concise, decision-ready status reporting using trusted source data, elevating material risks with impact, options, owners, and actions.
• Maintain delivery artifacts and work tracking in Jira and Confluence, ensuring consistent hierarchy and milestones.
• Coach teams on Agile, Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and scaled delivery practices.
