Cognition is seeking a Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers, understand complex workflows, and deploy Devin into production environments. You’ll lead demos, support integrations, and drive adoption within client teams.

Ideal candidates excel at customer-facing technical work, have a strong engineering background, and thrive in fast-paced startup-like settings. Expect frequent collaboration with engineers and executives, and travel as needed.

Formación

• Must have Fluency / Native proficiency in Spanish
• Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment
• Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance in academics, athletics, professional work, or entrepreneurship
• Self-directed by default; you don’t need a manager to tell you what to do next
• Strong communication skills; you can hold your own with senior engineers and executives
• High tolerance for ambiguity, intensity, and sustained effort when the problem demands it
• Willingness to travel 25–50%

Responsabilidades

• Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle—from deployment through activation
• Collaborate with customers to understand challenges and identify best uses for Devin
• Build deep relationships with customers’ engineering teams to ensure smooth integration and adoption
• Actively listen to feedback, push for feature delivery, and advocate for customer needs
• Assist in roadmap planning using customer insights and product instincts
