Rove Concepts is seeking an experienced AI Creative Marketing Manager to lead AI-powered marketing across our brands. You will drive content innovation, campaign performance, and efficiency in a full-time remote role in Mexico.

Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, E-Commerce and Product teams to embed AI into content creation, campaigns, and workflows while preserving a premium brand experience. This role requires 5+ years in creative or digital marketing, deep familiarity with generative AI

Formación

• 5+ years in creative or digital marketing in a fast-paced e-commerce setting.
• Experience using generative AI tools for marketing and creative production.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and content strategy.
• Proven ability to lead creative projects with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the AI creative marketing strategy across both brands.
• Identify and implement AI tools and workflows to improve production and performance.
• Create and oversee AI-generated content for digital advertising, social media, email, and product launches.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams.
• Develop prompts, workflows, and brand standards for consistent AI content.
• Train internal teams on AI tools, workflows, and best practices.
• Monitor campaigns and use data-driven insights to optimize assets and strategies.
• Stay current with AI trends and new tools to improve processes.
