Triwill Group is seeking a Senior Gen AI Video & Motion Designer based in Mexico to lead the production of high-quality video content for client accounts, from briefs and storyboards through final delivery.

You will blend video editing, motion design, storytelling and Gen AI production to create scalable content for paid media, social and digital platforms, while building repeatable workflows and templates that increase production capacity without compromising quality.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Gen AI Video & Motion Designer based in Mexico.

You’ll lead the production of high-quality video content across client accounts, from initial briefs and storyboards through final delivery.

The role combines video editing, motion design, storytelling, performance marketing, and hands‑on Gen AI production.

You’ll create scalable content for paid media, social, and digital platforms while adapting assets across markets, audiences, languages, and formats.

A major focus will be building repeatable workflows, templates, and automation that increase production capacity without compromising creative quality.

You’ll also help establish best practices for Gen AI video production and support other creatives in adopting new tools and workflows.

Success means delivering polished, brand-safe content while raising the creative and technical standard for AI-powered video production.
