Clara is seeking an AI Content Specialist to shape Clara's voice across organic channels—LinkedIn, blog, website, and video. You will script, write, and collaborate with designers to bring ideas to life, ensuring authentic voice across executive communications and social formats.

As an AI-native role, you will build real automations with N8N and GPTs, going beyond prompts to streamline content production. You’ll own projects end-to-end and stay attuned to internet culture for B2B fintech

Qualifications

• Native/fluent Spanish and professional English.
• 3+ years in content, social media, editorial, copywriting, or related creative role.
• Strong writing, adaptable to leadership voices and formats.
• Hands-on with AI tools to automate content workflows.
• Solid portfolio of social content, articles, campaigns, scripts, or end-to-end projects.
• High digital fluency and strong B2B communication instincts.
• Proven ownership of projects with detail-oriented execution.
• Able to adapt in fast-changing environments.

Responsabilités

• Create high-quality content across Clara's organic channels (LinkedIn, blog, website, video, executive comms).
• Develop AI-driven workflows to automate repetitive tasks using N8N or GPTs.
• Write for Clara's leadership team, adapting to established voices.
• Own content projects end-to-end: concepts, copy, design briefs, approvals, publishing.
• Identify opportunities for video and spontaneous content around offices, people, customers, events.
• Stay close to internet culture and translate trends into meaningful B2B fintech content.
• Maintain high editorial standards across channels (language, tone, formatting, quality).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Events, Design, PR, Growth, Product Marketing.
