Job summary

Yalo is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of AI-powered agent experiences in a fast-paced, global setting. You will bridge client needs, squad execution, and business outcomes, guiding discussions around integrations, authentication, middleware, APIs, and high-level solution design with customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or business analysis experience in tech/SaaS/AI environments.
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience managing technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; able to lead multi-stakeholder conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from SOW validation to delivery, go-live, and post-launch support.
• Define agent scope, guardrails, and escalation rules for AI-powered implementations.
• Be the single point of contact between clients and the squad; manage expectations and communications.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, manage sprint backlogs, and ensure demos show real business value.
• Deliver Governance Reports and Roadmap Reviews; provide visibility into progress and risks.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads and UX Designers to validate feasible architectures aligned with client tech stacks.
• Identify risks related to agentic systems, data quality, integrations, and behavior.
