Job summary

Yalo seeks a Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of AI-powered agent solutions. You will bridge client needs, squad execution, and business outcomes in a fast-paced, global environment.

Strong communication and consultative skills are key, with comfort discussing integrations, authentication, middleware, APIs, and high-level designs. You will lead Agile ceremonies, coordinate with Tech Leads and Designers, and proactively identify risks related to agentic systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or business analysis experience in tech.
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience managing expectations with technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience delivering chatbot or conversational AI implementations end-to-end.
• Hands-on or background as a software developer.
• Familiarity with SDLC and engineering best practices.
• Experience in or exposure to SaaS, AI, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle — from SOW validation and kickoff through delivery, go-live, and post-launch support.
• Define agent scope, guardrails, and escalation rules for AI-powered implementations.
• Be the single point of contact between clients and the squad, routing requests and managing expectations.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage sprint backlogs; ensure demos show real business value.
• Deliver Weekly Governance Reports and Quarterly Roadmap Reviews for client visibility.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads and UX Designers to validate feasible architectures.
