Role Responsibilities

1. Follow and improve all EHS procedures, supporting team members to do the same. Maintain and enhance the 5Ss system and contribute to performance levels vs. plant objectives (SQPDCME).
2. Lead TPM implementation.
3. Lead teams to achieve goals (SQPDCME) aligned with business objectives and suggest improvements across areas.
4. Communicate effectively with team members, providing guidance and coaching to excel in their roles.
5. Analyze growth/yields (kg/plant) of agricultural products and phytosanitary issues; conduct root cause analysis.
6. Ensure compliance with inventory and process policies (cycle counts, book accuracy); oversee land preparation, planting, fertilization, weed control, cultural labor, etc.
7. Supervise and control the zone's budget.
8. Manage and control assigned assets.
9. Contract land for new plantations.
10. Maintain optimal conditions for crop cultivation until harvest.
11. Keep machinery in basic working condition.
12. Immediately halt activities if there are risks to safety, quality, safety, or environment, ensuring conditions are safe before resuming.
13. All workers in each SOTS level assume responsibility and authority over aspects they control.
14. Report immediately to the HACCP team any risks to safety or quality.
15. Address assigned CAPA documents promptly to ensure timely closure.

Qualifications
