Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking an Agentic AI Architect to design, configure, and build Copilot-based agents and knowledge-platform experiences.

You will collaborate with governance authors, enablement teams, and engineering squads to ensure accurate, cited, and compliant agent behavior across Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint libraries, and QMS copies. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in AI/ML or platform solution roles.
• Experience designing agent configurations for Copilot/365.
• Proven track record with RAG and knowledge management.
• Strong collaboration across product, engineering and governance teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define agent behavior and governance requirements.
• Design and maintain Copilot agents with persona-based experiences.
• Implement RAG strategies ensuring citation accuracy and security.
• Build content architecture with metadata tagging for AI consumption.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and maintain runbooks for deployable agents.
