The role focuses on guiding agent development, evaluating RAG approaches, establishing quality benchmarks, and building production-like Python workflows while ensuring robust system integration and clear advisory guidance for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional background in AI/solution architecture.
• 3+ years in senior, lead, manager, or owner-level positions.
• Direct experience building and refining AI agents (design, rollout, validation).
• Experience evaluating GenAI solutions and RAG implementations.
• Strong Python skills for workflow construction and validation.
• REST API integration across systems and tools.
• Proficiency in English (C1).
• Nice to have: AWS Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, MuleSoft experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on guidance on agent development, model/tool choices, deployment strategies, evaluation methods, and monitoring.
• Assess RAG/GraphRAG options, chunking, retrieval, re-ranking, and vector-store decisions with the architect.
• Establish golden datasets, quality benchmarks, and regression tests using controlled data.
• Build the approved nonproduction agent workflow in Python when feasible, covering tools and a single integration point.
• Verify success scenarios, errors, and permission-related cases; document quality, cost, gaps.
• Draft a deployment blueprint and playbooks addressing semantic/context management and autonomy boundaries.
• Translate AI development methods for business users and engineers; provide walkthroughs and documented examples.
