Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a deeply technical Forward Deployed Engineer to architect and launch cutting-edge agentic AI solutions. You will connect frontier Generative AI models with enterprise-grade production environments by writing production-ready code and coordinating multi-agent workflows through Gemini CX / Vertex AI Agent Builder.

You will also manage deterministic state machines in Dialogflow CX, build secure data pipelines with MCP, and ensure compliance and data security across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in AI/FGM or FDE roles.
• 2+ years in senior/lead/manager level capacities with large teams.
• Hands-on exposure to Google Cloud AI tools and enterprise data security.
• Experience shipping production-grade conversational AI and multi-agent systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect and launch self-operating multi-agent systems via Gemini CX and Vertex AI Agent Studio.
• Coordinate blended conversational flows using Dialogflow CX state machines and routing.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines with Vertex AI Search for secure knowledge anchoring.
• Create secure backend connectors and webhooks with Cloud Run/Functions and MCP.
• Implement data security, IAM least-privilege, and VPC-SC controls in production environments.
• Develop telemetry pipelines and apply CCAI Insights for monitoring and containment.
