Uber Freight is seeking a Customer Support Specialist ll-After Hours in Monterrey, NL. You will support daily transportation operations, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain shipment visibility through TMS-driven tracking and proactive communication with customers and carriers.

You will monitor KPIs, manage exceptions, and contribute to continuous process improvements while coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to uphold service levels during after-hours shifts.

Formación

• Proven knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Solid understanding of transportation and logistics operations and lifecycle.
• Familiarity with cross-border Mexico–US movement and customs status monitoring.
• Experience with carrier management, shipment visibility, and performance metrics.
• Customer service principles and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor shipments and perform track-and-trace to ensure visibility and on-time delivery.
• Maintain load status and milestones in the TMS.
• Plan orders and ensure scheduling within timelines.
• Resolve system exceptions and operational discrepancies.
• Coordinate with carriers for updates, documentation and POD.
• Monitor customs status and cross-border shipments.
• Manage invoice follow-up and document collection processes.
• Participate in operational review meetings and customer calls.
• Analyze shipment trends to identify risks to service levels.
• Escalate service failures or capacity issues to leadership when needed.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports and KPI metrics.
• Support pilot programs and peak-season planning initiatives.
