TRIGO ADR Americas seeks an experienced Value Stream Leader to manage supplier relationships, performance and compliance for aerospace programs. You will interface with internal teams to achieve delivery, cost, quality and schedule objectives.

The role requires live in Mexico, bilingual English/Spanish, and a proven track record in aerospace supplier management. Travel to supplier sites may be required on an occasional basis.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of aerospace mechanical systems and supply chain dynamics.
• Experience with supplier performance management and compliance practices.
• Proficiency in program or project management methodologies.
• Understanding of contract terms and negotiation principles.
• Familiarity with ERP and supplier performance systems (SAP, Oracle).

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and designated suppliers for assigned programs.
• Weekly progress updates on supplier execution, testing outcomes, and risk assessments to customer leadership.
• Conduct and document PDR, CDR, and readiness assessments aligned with project phase gates.
• Detail a schedule for tests, DAR/DER visits, and review checkpoints for timely certification.
• Ensure drawings and reports align with internal design and performance criteria.
• Adhere to AS9100 standards and customer KPIs for quality, delivery and compliance.
• Deliverables meet contract-defined scope, cost, and schedule metrics.
