Ikraftsolutions Latam seeks an experienced Aerospace Value Stream Leader - Supplier Recovery to support a strategic project in Chihuahua, Mexico. You will lead supplier recovery initiatives, monitor production performance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to align schedules with customer delivery commitments.

The role requires at least 5 years in manufacturing, strong English, on-site availability, and willingness to travel to supplier locations as needed.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, production planning, supply chain management, supplier development, or related functions.
Advanced English proficiency for communication with international teams.

Responsabilidades

Lead and monitor supplier recovery plans to ensure production schedules and delivery commitments are achieved.
Track daily production performance, critical part numbers, and priority deliveries, maintaining a two-week production outlook.
Identify bottlenecks, material shortages, capacity constraints, and supply chain disruptions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across production, quality, engineering, procurement, planning, and logistics.
Identify root causes of production delays and implement corrective and recovery actions.
