Job summary

Fictiv is seeking a Strategic Program Manager with deep aerospace and robotics expertise to accelerate development and production of complex technologies. You will guide cross-functional teams and ensure on-time, on-budget launches, collaborating with engineering, operations, and manufacturing partners.

You will lead customer programs, mitigate risks, and champion new manufacturing technologies to speed delivery. Travel is required to engage with customers and facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Robotics, or related Engineering field.
• 5+ years managing programs in aerospace, robotics, or advanced manufacturing.
• Hands-on NPD, NPI, and high-volume manufacturing experience; CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Additive Manufacturing, and Assembly.

Responsibilities

• Be the Customer Advocate – Build strong, trusted relationships with aerospace and robotics customers, ensuring exceptional service and long-term loyalty.
• Lead with Collaboration – Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Fulfillment to scope, plan, and execute complex customer programs.
• Mitigate Risks – Identify and address risks during design and production phases to keep projects on track.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert – Provide critical guidance on aerospace and robotics requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
• Drive Continuous Improvement – Optimize production timelines, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
• Communicate with Clarity – Lead status meetings and keep all stakeholders aligned on project goals.
