Collins Aerospace in Mexicali, Mexico is seeking an MRO Repair Manager to lead a skilled team in our fast-paced aerospace maintenance, repair and overhaul operations.

You will set objectives, manage capacity, drive metrics, and ensure compliance with FAA/EASA standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams and US counterparts.

The role requires a university engineering degree, 5+ years of relevant experience and 2+ years in leadership, with strong Excel skills and SAP knowledge.

Formación

• University degree in Electronics, Mechatronics or related engineering field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• English proficiency required; certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise technicians and business support staff.
• Set daily goals and monitor performance metrics.
• Plan staffing capacity and recovery actions.
• Participate in hiring, promotions, and salary actions.
• Ensure compliance with FAA/EASA and other regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of service processes.
• Coordinate training and development plans.
• Communicate in English with US counterparts and stakeholders.
