• University degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• 3 years equipment maintenance experience in electronics maquiladora environments.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Experience in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of CNC machinery and automated production equipment.
• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing equipment (CNC machines, selective soldering, washers, conformal coating).
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics and technical diagrams.
• Knowledge of PLC control systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley or similar).
• Experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Apply specialized knowledge to implement inspection and maintenance processes for optimal equipment performance.
• Introduce and apply new maintenance developments and repair techniques.
• Repair, adjust, and maintain production equipment to ensure reliable operation and process compliance.
• Respond to emergencies, breakdowns, and other issues to minimize manufacturing disruptions.
• Implement a maintenance program with detailed records to identify recurring problems.
• Set, calibrate, or adjust equipment to meet production specifications.
• Maintain tools and repair equipment in good working order.
