Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Mexicali invites a Manufacturing Engineer PI3 to support CNC development and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in line with engineering requirements and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Aerospace Engineering and 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes, with proficiency in RCCA, lean concepts and various CAD/CAM tools. Travel up to 25% and fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Aerospace Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes.
• Experience with aerospace industry standards.

Responsabilidades

• Support CNC development programs for new products with 3, 4 and 5 axes.
• Implement CNC projects; analyze and plan concepts.
• Support other departments and RCCA analysis.
• Address internal and external quality problems; lead improvements.
• Create TMO's and MRRS work plans; manage rework routines.
• Submit ECR's.
• Create Visual aids (SOPs & IWIs).
• Work plan/BOM, Red lines/WOA's and Rework routines (DR/DI).
• Generate TMO's and lead lean innovation projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
