Safran America Engine Services in Queretaro, Mexico seeks an Aeronautical Engineer to ensure correct engine configuration at modular level during visits for CFM56 and LEAP families. Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of MRO experience and solid knowledge of engine manuals and Excel.

The role involves BOM validation in MRP, technical support to Supply Chain, and development of tools to streamline configuration and assembly processes, with rotation shift availability.

Formación

• Aeronautical Engineer or related.
• Knowledge of CFM and LEAP Engines.
• Knowledge of Engine or Aircraft Maintenance Manuals
• Knowledge and experience in MRO
• Microsoft Excel

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the correct configuration of the Engine at modular level during engine visits for CFM56 and LEAP families.
• Validate the Bill of Materials to be released for each module in the MRP system according to work scope and manuals.
• Provide technical support to Supply Chain and Operations on part-number applicability.
• Create lists of expendable material and kits for correct engine reassembly.
• Provide technical support to Assembly on expendable material and hardware to ensure correct engine assembly.
• Ensure compliance of Service Bulletins for the Engine at the Shop Visit through analysis.
• Develop and implement virtual tools to assist configuration (deviations, validation, kits).
• Participate or lead projects to improve the configuration area and management of aeronautical parts.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of CFM/LEAP engines

MRO experience

Knowledge of Engine/Aircraft Maint. M.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering
