Formación

• 1–3+ years in order management or aerospace distribution.
• Strong data entry accuracy and ERP experience (SAP preferred).
• Proficient Excel skills and professional customer-facing demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• AS9100/AS9120 familiarity a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure purchase orders align with aerospace contracts before release.
• Maintain 99%+ order accuracy in a regulated ERP environment.
• Protect documentation traceability and compliance.
• Identify and escape delivery risks before they become failures.
• Support OTD performance that customers depend on.
• Represent Customer Service in structured customer reviews.
• Operate autonomously within defined authority limits.
