Incora in Chihuahua, Mexico seeks a Customer Service Representative I to build strong customer relationships through high-quality service and support. You will process orders, manage RMAs, and coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery promises.

The role requires 1–3 years in sales and customer service, preferably with aerospace exposure, and a solid background in data entry and Office tools. This position operates on-site with opportunities for development within the sales group.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of combined Sales and Customer Service experience; aerospace preferred.
• Experience with Incora customers and products is highly preferred.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve basic customer issues.
• Strong teamwork and quality-focused customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality customer service and build customer relationships daily.
• Process daily release orders and verify against contracts for accuracy.
• Handle RMAs, order status inquiries and expedite requests as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of sales policies and internal practices.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist in training within the sales department and take on ad hoc projects.
