Copeland is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer - Assembly to lead process improvements and support new product introductions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will read complex CAD models, guide component design for manufacturability, and collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient assembly processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, process, or assembly engineering.
• Experience supporting new product introductions (NPI), assembly processes, and manufacturing process improvements.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D engineering drawings and CAD models.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptualize, develop, and implement process improvements focused on operational optimization and cost reduction.
• Support capacity expansion initiatives, new product development, and the implementation of new manufacturing processes.
• Read, interpret, and understand mechanical drawings and CAD models in both 2D and 3D formats.
• Provide innovative mechanical engineering solutions to support equipment design and manufacturing processes.
• Offer technical guidance on component design while ensuring compliance with manufacturing best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Coordinate assembly activities for new product launches while ensuring BOM compliance.
• Coordinate the receipt, qualification, and validation of equipment, tooling, components, materials, and spare parts.
