The Wingate School (TWS), part of Inspired Education Group, in Mexico City, seeks an Admissions Coordinator to drive enrolment growth. You will manage enquiries through enrolment, while building relationships with embassies, relocation agencies, and international organisations, and maintain OpenApply and iSAMS data flows.

You will conduct tours in English and Spanish, nurture leads across multiple channels, and coordinate interviews with academic and admissions teams to move applicants

Responsabilidades

  • Manage full admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment with personalized follow-up.
  • Serve as point of contact for prospective families, communicating the school's value proposition.
  • Conduct school tours and admissions meetings in both English and Spanish.
  • Maintain admissions pipeline, monitor leads, conversion rates and progress at each stage.
  • Manage all incoming leads across OpenApply, WhatsApp, email, phone and other channels until enrolment or decision not to proceed.
  • Develop new sources of prospective families through outreach, partnerships and referrals.
  • Build relationships with embassies, multinational companies, relocation agencies, expat networks and feeder schools.
  • Act as the OpenApply and iSAMS champion, ensuring accurate data and efficient workflows.
  • Produce and monitor admissions dashboards and KPIs (enquiries, applications, conversion, pipeline status).
  • Coordinate interviews and appointments with academic, psychology and admissions teams.
  • Support Open Days, admissions events and recruitment activities with the wider team.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Wingate School (TWS) is an Inspired Education Group school located in Mexico City and an accredited Cambridge International School and IB World School that offers an educational programme focused on academic excellence, creativity, and human formation.

TWS teaches the International Early Years Curriculum in Kinder, the International Primary Curriculum, and the Cambridge Lower Secondary Curriculum. The school is a member of the Latin American Heads Conference, was awarded the Foundation Level of the British Council’s International School Award, and was recently named “One of the 10 best international schools in Latin America”byThe Knowledge Review.

The Admissions Coordinator is a commercially driven role responsible for supporting student enrolment growth through lead conversion, proactive business development and excellent admissions systems management. The role requires a highly proactive, results-oriented individual with a strong sense of urgency and a sales mindset. The successful candidate will actively follow every prospective family from initial enquiry through enrolment, while also developing new sources of prospective students through relationships with embassies, multinational companies, relocation agencies, international organisations, schools and other relevant partners.

In addition, the role will act as the school's champion for admissions and student information systems, particularly OpenApply and iSAMS, ensuring accurate data, effective processes and seamless information flow throughout the admissions journey and into the school's internal systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage the full admissions journey for prospective families, from initial enquiry through enrolment, ensuring personalized and consistent follow-up.
  • Act as a key point of contact for prospective families, providing an exceptional admissions experience and effectively communicating the school's value proposition.
  • Conduct school tours and admissions meetings in both English and Spanish.
  • Maintain and actively manage the admissions pipeline, monitoring leads, conversion rates, and progress at every stage.
  • Manage and follow up on all incoming leads across OpenApply, WhatsApp, email, telephone, and other channels until the family enrols or formally decides not to proceed.
  • Proactively identify and develop new sources of prospective families through outreach, networking, partnerships, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with embassies, multinational companies, relocation agencies, expat networks, feeder schools, and other strategic partners.
  • Act as the school's OpenApply and iSAMS champion, ensuring accurate and up-to-date admissions and student information and effective system workflows.
  • Produce and monitor admissions dashboards and KPIs, including enquiries, applications, conversion rates, pipeline status, lead sources, and enrolments.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and appointments with academic, psychology, and admissions teams, ensuring applicants move efficiently through the admissions process.
  • Support Open Days, admissions events, and recruitment activities, working closely with the wider school team to ensure a seamless transition from prospective to enrolled family.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with confidence presenting and selling a premium educational proposition.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the confidence to conduct meetings and school tours with international families.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build trust with families from different cultures and backgrounds.
  • Strong technology skills and the ability to quickly learn and become a proficient user of systems such as OpenApply and iSAMS.
  • Strong data discipline, attention to detail and confidence working with CRM-style pipelines, databases, reports and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously. Experience in sales, business development, admissions, hospitality, relocation, premium services or another customer-facing commercial environment is highly desirable; previous education experience is desirable but not essential.
